For one year (September 2008-September 2009) I wrote a daily flash-fiction blog called “Side Affects”. Because I occasionally wrote more than one short piece a day, there are 380+ stories in the archive.

My intent was to then transform this daily fiction blog into a weekly fiction blog called “Monday Fiction”. However, with my focus shifting towards the completion of a novel and the publication of my short stories in established print and online journals, the fiction blog project will be suspended indefinitely. But the stories will still be here for you to enjoy over and over again!

Rest assured, I am still writing every single day. Endless thanks to all who have read the stories, commented on the stories, inspired the stories, been inspired by the stories, and in general choose to spend time reading a blog of new and untested fiction.
